When it comes to online shopping, The Health In a Box prides itself on providing you with a clear and transparent shipping policy. We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When an order is placed online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery is based upon a number of factors, including the destination, shipping method, and the time in which the order was placed.

Shipment Processing Time
The delivery is available in all regions of the United States.
It usually takes 1- 2 days (Mon - Fri) to process your order and 5-7 working days (Mon - Fri) to deliver the order at your door.
Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product, with RMA number and copy of the receipt, to: 4020 North MacArthur Boulevard ste.122 POB 185, Irving, Texas 75038 -United States





You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
